Using hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT techniques, at Headstrong Solutions a Virtual- Gastric-Hypno-Band can be ‘fitted’, giving the client the same feelings which would be experienced with surgery, but without the discomfort, inconvenience and cost. This allows the client to lose weight steadily and safely. An initial consultation is made to ensure the client is suggestible to hypnosis, and the Virtual-Gastric-Hypno-Band is ‘fitted.’ A follow up appointment a week later to monitor progress and make any adjustments which may be necessary. A third appointment will continue to monitor the weight loss and ensure that it is maintained, it is however, recommended that the client stays with us for as long as is necessary to lose the weight which they feel comfortable with. A personalized CD is made of each consultation, which can be played in the comfort of your own home to further strengthen the hypnotic suggestions.

The cost of the whole treatment is £275, no matter how much weight you want to lose and however long you choose to stay with us (maximum 12 months). As every client has different issues and needs, top ups are required at no extra charge, terms and conditions are discussed and agreed with each client.
