in column A how important each factor is to you. Three ticks indicate that the factor is very important to you, two ticks
that it is moderately important to you, and one tick means that it’s not very important to you. Mark three ticks in
column B if you are very satisfied in that area, two ticks if you are moderately satisfied, and one tick if you are not satisfied.

Some of the areas may not be important to you
if so you can leave them out and only fill in the one s that are. Look at your results and see how many three- tick matches
you have. Well done if you have a total of six in some areas (the combined ticks in the two columns) this shows that you are
getting high satisfaction from an area of your life that is important to you.Are you getting a high level of satisfaction from an area that is
quite low in importance to you? Thats OK – but perhaps you can consider whether you can shift the
balance a little so that your higher priority areas get some more attention. Or maybe this highlights that
something great is going on in your life that you’ve begun to take for granted. Look out for the
areas that only get one or two ticks on a satisfaction level. These are your more urgent priority areas
of focus as we would apply hypnotherapy , C.B.T. and N.L.P. therapies to these’s areas helping you get a more balanced
life style.
